Mr. Taichi Totani has found new value in discarded leather shavings. When making leather products, a process is typically carried out in which the underside of the leather is scraped off to ensure the thickness of the leather is uniform. Mr. Totani created a teabowl using these shavings, which is difficult to use in products due to its inconsistent thickness and quality. From the perspective of effective resource utilization, Mr. Totani says he wants to continue making things while respecting the material leather. What kind of future does he envision?
