大切なぬいぐるみを直し、きれいにするぬいぐるみ専門の病院を開業した箱崎なつみさん。以前、洋服や小物などの修繕店に勤めていた際、ぬいぐるみの修理依頼が意外に多く、持ち主が我が子のようにぬいぐるみに接する姿に心を打たれ取り組みを開始。思いを丁寧に聞き取り、表情など細部に渡って直しています。ぬいぐるみを使い捨てるのではなく家族の一員として迎え、大切に思う気持ちが広まってほしいと語る箱崎さんの思い描く未来とは？

Ms. Natsumi Hakozaki opened a hospital specializing in repairing and cleaning cherished cuddly toys. When she worked at a clothing and accessory repair shop, she received a surprisingly large number of requests to repair cuddly toys. She was moved by the way the owners treated their cuddly toys as if they were their children, and so she started this project. She carefully listens to their thoughts and repairs every detail, including facial expressions. Ms. Hakozaki says she wants people to embrace cuddly toys as members of the family, rather than throw them away, and to cherish them. What kind of future does she envision?
